UK based legal firm, Charles Russell, have become the latest law firm to implement the StubXploder product in order to restore Enterprise Vault email stubs within their eDocs DM libraries.   The firm were seeing the security error encountered by all firms that use eDocs and Enterprise vault together where users opening email stubs archived by other users would not open from within DM.  StubXploder will restore the full emails to the DM repository and remove this security issue.

US based firm, Mendes and Mount are the latest law firm to implement the StubXploder product, joining existing firms such as Hogan Lovells International, Eversheds and Charles Russell, to reconcile enterprise vault email stubs within their IManage document libraries.

“At Mendes & Mount LLP, we were challenged with finding a solution to our mounting archived email problem. We needed a program that would locate all email that had been archived through Symantec’s Enterprise Vault software and subsequently filed into the Autonomy/Interwoven document management system. After locating those email items we then needed to be able to correctly un-archive and re-file them back into Autonomy/Interwoven. We were under time and storage constraints and could not waste resources with products that were inexperienced and inflexible.  

As long time users of Symantec’s Enterprise Vault we were used to having difficulty recovering our archived email, limited tech support and usually being left to our own devices to resolve problems with archived email.

US based law firm Wyrick Robbins are the latest firm to implement the Iphelion StubXploder solution to restore archived emails to their Open Text document management system.

International law firm Mishcon de Reya have selected Iphelion to provide software development services to their internal IT team.  Iphelion's experience with DMS systems, SharePoint 2010 and Microsoft based technologies in the legal sector made them an obvious choice and the Iphelion team are excited to be working with them.
